In some instances, we may use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. If your credit card transaction is declined, please first check and verify that your billing information accurately matches the billing information your bank/credit card has on file. If you provide the address your statements are sent to, this will not be an issue. If this information is accurate and you are still having difficulty successfully placing an order, please contact us. If you are using a debit card or check card, any declined transaction may show on your banks activity as a pending authorization. These are not charges and will clear from your account within 2-3 business days.

Sorry that didn’t work for you! We’ll happily refund 100% of the original purchase price of the returned items to the original purchaser via the same means they paid. You can ship your item(s) back to us after authorization and we'll issue the refund; with the following exceptions:

  • Has been used, worn, washed or damaged
  • Is a costume. (Save it for next year!)
(Translation. Don’t wear it and we’ll refund it on the card that purchased it)

Exchange Policy. Don’t Like It? Try Again!

We’ll exchange what you got with what you need! Provided the product you’d like to exchange complies with our return policy above, we’ll gladly replace your returned item with your desired replacement without any additional shipping charges as long as they’re similar items. (Translation: Exchange that T-shirt for a barstool and we’ll bug ya to pay for the additional shipping cost)

 

And if your replacement items cost less than the returned item at the time of the original purchase we’ll refund the difference. If the item is more expense than the original purchase, then we’ll contact you about the additional charges. (Translation: If your new thing cost less than you’re ol’ thing we’ll put the money back on your credit card. Otherwise you’ll need to green light the added charge.)

Shipping Policies

Shipping cutoff dates are estimates based on expected delivery dates of each service. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 business hours. We cannot guarantee delivery times using ground shipping. We offer a variety of services from USPS (post office) and UPS. We use USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation for ground shipping in most cases, which is an estimated 2-3 day service; USPS does not guarantee this. We do everything in our power to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, though we cannot control the delivery services and the fact that packages can deliver outside of their estimated delivery timeframe. If you need to have your product guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date, please use our expedited shipping methods. (Express, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air)

Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping qualifying offer is applicable to orders shipping within the United States using Ground services. No coupon code required! Free shipping will be carried with the most economical choice via USPS or UPS. FAQ

  • Q: Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
  • A: All confirmation emails are sent out at the time your order was placed. Please check your SPAM folder as some mail servers will filter out our automated emails. This email (as well as your tracking notification) will come from Boozin’ Bob. If you still cannot locate your email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during checkout. Please contact bob@boozingear.com if you need assistance with your emails or to confirm that status of an order.
  • Q: Why do I have multiple transactions on my bank statement? I do not want multiple orders.
  • A: If using a debit/bank card during checkout, an attempted transaction (decline or not) will keep a temporary authorization on your account (for 2-3 business days depending on your bank). These authorizations are NOT charges and will disappear from your account as your bank is notified that the transaction was declined. We can assure you that you will only be charged for a successful transaction for what items ship from our warehouse. If you were declined due to an incorrect billing address. Please be sure to resubmit your order with the address your bank has on file to complete a successful order.
